Biography
Ajeeth has a strong track record of leading teams and driving EBITDA growth, operational and commercial excellence, and innovation in a variety of industries, including packaging, technology services, consumer products, and specialty chemicals. Before joining Trivium Packaging, he was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Transformation and member of the Executive Committee at Elementis PLC, a FTSE listed B2B company, where he led the company’s transformation efforts as well as its mergers, acquisitions and divestitures strategy. Ajeeth also served as the COO and Board Member at Mondo Minerals (an Advent International portfolio company) where he led its business transformation and ensured a successful exit for its private equity shareholders. In addition to his experience in business transformations, Ajeeth has worked as a management consultant at Bain & Co., advising CEOs, Boards, and private equity investors. Ajeeth spent the initial part of his career in several senior commercial roles at IBM and PepsiCo. Ajeeth has an MBA from IMD in Switzerland, a Master's degree in Management from University of Delhi, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi Technological University.
